Terms of Use

Agreement
By using keepyourkeys.org or the homeowner dashboard at app.keepyourkeys.org you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
What we are and are not
Keep Your Keys provides information, organizing tools and consultation about California foreclosure. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, and nothing on the site or in the dashboard creates an attorney-client relationship. We are not a lender, servicer or government agency. For legal advice, consult a licensed California attorney or a HUD-approved housing counselor.
No advance fees
California Business and Professions Code § 10026 and related law prohibit charging advance fees for foreclosure-related services. Our consultation is free. Any fee for a service is explained in writing before work begins and is charged only after that work is completed.
No guarantee
Foreclosure outcomes depend on your lender, your facts and the law. We cannot promise that a modification, forbearance, postponement, sale or any other result will be approved.
Your account
Keep your password private and tell us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for what you upload and must have the right to share it. Do not upload anyone else's personal information without their permission.
Tools and AI drafts
The calculator, timeline, score and letter tools produce estimates and drafts from what you enter. They can be wrong. Check every number and every draft before you rely on it, and never miss a deadline on the strength of an estimate.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, to probe or overload our systems, or to copy the site for another business.
Our content
The text, design, photographs, the Keep Your Keys name and logo belong to Keep Your Keys or its licensors. You may print or save pages for your own use.
Links
Pages on wilderv12.com and other sites are provided for reading. We are not responsible for their content.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent California law allows, Keep Your Keys is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or dashboard, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question, if any.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms by posting a new version with a new date. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may close your account at any time.
Governing law
California law governs these terms. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
